Platform Basics
Getting help: AI assistant & support
Raise a ticket, ask the AI assistant if your workspace has one, and find every guided tour and walkthrough in one place. Start by go to Help and Support in the sidebar and press New Ticket for anything specific to your account.
What it does
Help comes from a few directions. Help and Support is always in the sidebar, where New Ticket sends anything specific to your account straight to our team. The Omni Academy, these tutorials, is always there too, and its Discover section lists the short guided tours you can start or replay, alongside the parts of the platform you have not opened yet, each with a walkthrough behind it. If an AI assistant has been switched on for your workspace, Omni AI sits in the top bar on a computer, and as a labelled pill near the bottom of the screen on a phone, and answers questions about features, your plan and where to find things; when it is switched off that button is not rendered at all, and the Help page points you at the Academy in its place. And if you dismissed the Setup Assistant while setup tasks were still outstanding, Help and Support carries a card to bring it back.
When to use it
Ask the AI first, it knows the platform deeply and answers in seconds. Raise a ticket for account-specific issues.
Steps
- Go to Help and Support in the sidebar and press New Ticket for anything specific to your account
- If Omni AI is showing in the top bar, or as a pill on a phone, open it and ask about any feature, your plan, or where something lives
- Open the Omni Academy for step-by-step tutorials: the graduation-cap icon in the top bar on a computer, or the menu then Omni Academy on a phone
