What it does
Every job, invoice and quote exports to a professional PDF. The export dialog lets you choose exactly which sections to include (photos, notes, terms, signatures) with reusable presets, one clean document for the customer, a detailed one for your records. Completed documents are archived automatically each month and can be restored anytime.
When to use it
Use selective export whenever different audiences need different detail, customers, insurers, or your own files.
Steps
- Open any job, invoice or estimate and click Export / Download PDF
- Tick the sections you want included, save your choice as a preset for next time
- Job cards export as a work-order style PDF technicians and customers can sign
- Older completed documents auto-archive monthly, restore them from the archive filter
