Power user: the Cmd/Ctrl-K palette
Jump anywhere, create anything, and ask the AI, without touching the mouse. Start by press Cmd/Ctrl-K anywhere in the dashboard.
What it does
Press Cmd-K (Mac) or Ctrl-K (Windows) anywhere in the dashboard to open the command palette: search every screen, run quick actions like New Job or New Invoice, and hand any question straight to the Omni AI. Locked features appear too, so you can discover what is available on higher plans.
When to use it
Adopt it in your first week, it is the single biggest speed upgrade in the platform.
Steps
- Press Cmd/Ctrl-K anywhere in the dashboard
- Type where you want to go, 'invoices', 'team', 'calendar', and press Enter
- Type what you want to do, 'new job', 'new estimate', for instant quick actions
- Type a question and choose Ask Omni AI to send it to the Copilot
