Customer reports
Customers by type and status, and your Top Customers by Revenue. Start by open Reports and select the Customers tab.
What it does
The Customers tab on Reports shows who your business really runs on: a breakdown of customers by type, a status chart, and a Top Customers by Revenue table ranking your best clients with their job counts and revenue.
When to use it
Check it before planning promotions, renewals or account visits, your top ten deserve different treatment.
Steps
- Open Reports and select the Customers tab
- Review the customers-by-type and status charts
- Study the Top Customers by Revenue table, rank, jobs, revenue, status
- Adjust the date range to compare periods
