Your profile
Photo, contact details, home address, skills, languages and certifications, one shared record. Start by click your avatar (top-right) → Profile.
What it does
Your Profile tab holds your personal record: photo, first/last name, a display name (and which of email/display/full name shows in the navigation bar), phone with WhatsApp option, and your home address with proof-of-residence upload. The right column carries your Skills, Languages and Certifications, this is a shared central profile, the same record technicians maintain in the field app, and it is what managers see on the team management page. Job-type assignments appear read-only here.
When to use it
Complete it fully, especially skills and certifications if you also work in the field.
Steps
- Click your avatar (top-right) → Profile
- Set your photo, names, display-name preference and contact numbers
- Add your home address and upload proof of residence if required
- Maintain Skills, Languages and Certifications, visible to managers on Team pages
