Define each item once, with name, SKU, unit price, and tax treatment, and it becomes available for selection anywhere in the platform: jobs, quotes, and invoices. Pricing stays consistent and line-item entry becomes instant.

Steps
- Go to Products & Services and click "Add Item", enter the name, description, unit price, and tax rate
- Categorise items by type (Labour, Parts, Materials, Services) for cleaner reporting
- When creating a job, estimate, or invoice, search your catalogue to add line items instantly
- Bulk import your existing price list via CSV to get the catalogue up quickly
